American Lung Association meets BBB Wise Giving Alliance Standards

Special Events

Each year, the American Lung Association of the City of New York holds several special events that provide an opportunity to learn more about our organization and support the Association’s activity and mission. All of the proceeds from these events support our education, research and advocacy programs and directly contribute to the fight for lung health.

BREATHE NYC: Asthma Walk 2007--A citywide walk to raise awareness and funds to fight asthma and lung disease.

Shop & Share at Loehmann's Manhattan--An evening of savings, designer finds, refreshments, prizes, and more. Stay tuned for our next Shop & Share event in Spring 2008.

Norman Schwartz Life Celebration Concert--An afternoon concert to benefit the fight against lung cancer.

105th Anniversary Gala Celebration: The Life & Breath Awards Dinner--Paying tribute to New York City’s champions of lung health.
